Leading the way is founder Tammy McCarty, who brings 30 years of expertise guiding organizations through change, growth, and turnaround. A skilled strategist in cash flow, forecasting, and operational accountability, Tammy delivers clear, actionable solutions that produce measurable results.

Partnering alongside Tammy is Heather Beltran, whose 15+ years in accounting and finance have helped organizations strengthen operations, build resilient infrastructures, and prepare with confidence for audits and regulatory compliance. Known for her focus on efficiency and transparency, Heather ensures clients are equipped for long-term success.


Tammy McCarty

With 30+ years of proven financial leadership, Tammy McCarty helps organizations navigate change, drive growth, and achieve lasting stability. She brings hands-on expertise in strategic planning, cash flow management, forecasting, and operational accountability—delivering clear, actionable solutions that produce measurable results.

A Kentucky native with degrees in Accounting and Business Management graduating summa cum laude from Sullivan University, Tammy began her career in public accounting, focusing on tax and audit for more than a decade before moving into senior private-sector roles. In 2008, she launched JIT CFO, Inc. to provide organizations with flexible, on-demand access to senior-level financial guidance—without the full-time commitment.

Her portfolio spans non-profit, manufacturing, technology, and service industries, with a consistent track record of leading both growth and turnaround initiatives to success.



Heather Beltran

With more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience, Heather Beltran combines strategic insight with a practical approach to strengthen financial operations and prepare organizations for long-term success. She specializes in building resilient infrastructures, streamlining processes, and guiding teams through complex regulatory requirements.

A New Mexico native, Heather earned her finance degree cum laude from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management, with a major in social welfare and a minor in criminology. She began her career in procurement for a fast-growing IT firm, gaining valuable experience in RFP development and managing state and local government contracts.

Known for her focus on transparency and sustainability, Heather works closely with leadership and staff to elevate skills, strengthen internal controls, and ensure readiness for nonprofit and federal single audits—leaving teams more capable, efficient, and confident.
